The Company

PWA Ltd is an independent global consulting company with offices and representation in London, Europe, Brazil, Middle East, China and India. PWA assists its clients to overcome the barriers to international trade and helps them to succeed in their overseas ventures. PWA works with clients from a range of industries including the pharmaceutical, aviation, banking and insurance sectors and specialises in meetings and conferences.

 

The Problem

PWA needed a reliable travel management partner to assist them in organising the logistics for their international meetings and conferences, including transport and accommodation.

 

The Solution

After using Good Travel Management to book flights for one of the company directors, PWA and Good Travel Management soon began a partnership to provide a travel booking service for PWA’s wider travel requirements. PWA organises lots of large meetings, conferences and seminars in locations all over the world and needed a reliable and effective travel partner to ensure their events’ success.

This includes collating all delegate information such as personal information and the traveller’s unique itinerary details into a specific data format that is uploaded into PWA’s systems. This streamlines the process for PWA by removing the need to manually input data and makes it easy for PWA to organise any additional requests and keep track of delegates before, during and after the event.
