Case Study

Good Travel Management was selected by the UK India Business Council to organise travel for delegates within the UK attending the Agribusiness and Supply Chain trade mission and exhibition in New Delhi and Chandigarh, in November 2010.

The conference, which was a tremendous success, saw the company oversee bespoke itineraries for some of the UK’s top business leaders as they travelled to the event individually.

Pauline Wade, a member of the UK-India Joint Economic and Trade Committee (JETCO), said the magnitude of the conference meant it had been incredibly important all the travel arrangements ran smoothly.

She said: “We needed a travel company capable of managing trade missions because they can be very complicated. Each delegate requires a personal itinerary, which means organising individual arrangements for around 25 people, and tailoring support services to their needs.

“Good Travel Management has proven in the past it can meet such requirements and therefore the UKIBC had no hesitation in appointing the company to oversee the mission.”
